The 2026 Melodies in Motion Spring Charity Concert, presented by The Y Foundation, was successfully held in Vancouver, bringing together an inspiring evening of music, community, and purpose.

The concert featured outstanding performances by internationally acclaimed pianist Piotr Alexewicz, alongside distinguished ensembles including the Vancouver Metropolitan Orchestra, Vancouver Oratorio Society (VOS), and Vancouver Chinese Choir Association (VCCA). The program also highlighted emerging young talents, including the winner of the *Melodies in Motion Youth Music Competition–*Mina Stefanovic, offering a meaningful platform for the next generation of musicians.

More than a celebration of artistic excellence, the event reflected a deeper mission—to connect music with impact. Proceeds from the concert will support youth-focused initiatives in financial literacy education and arts development, empowering young individuals to build confidence, creativity, and a strong foundation for the future.
